MULTI LAYER STRUCTURE

All Favorite rod blanks are produced from a layering combination were carbon of different modulus and different fiber directions, allows us to achieve the desired rod action, increase the durability and lower the rod weight. Lengthwise direction of the fibers provide strength. Multiple carbon layer combinations with diverse fiber directions provides blank stiffness and torsional load resistance.

MULTI LAYER STRUCRUTE SLIM

Multi Layer Structure Slim allow us to create very thin and «slim» rod blanks, which we use to build L and UL class rods.

OCG

OCTA CORE GRID

O.C.G. The 8 directions high modulus structured blank wrapping. It forms a kind of a mesh around the blank with an octagon as a base. This is one of the strongest mechanical structures.

FX Grid

This X-shaped carbon tape blank wrapping is used on the butt and middle sections of the blank, making it more durable and increasing the rod power.
Allows to build a rod with a flexible upper part, which works well during casting of light lures.

Airlite

This kind of material has almost same strength and stiffness as metal but is much lighter. At the same time the new material is strong enouh to increase the sensitivity due to the stiffness.

Metal Body

Lightweight aluminum alloy metal body and side cover. Stronger and more durable reel body/

HD Gear

Reinforced main gear made of high-strength lightweight alloy and placed on the metal shaft. Screw-in connection between the gear and handle allows the angler to minimize any kind of backlash and makes the rotation smooth.

Brass HD Gear

HD Gear (baitcasting reels). Reinforced (Heavy Duty) main gear made by cold forging method.

Carbo Drag

Carbon friction washers provide instantaneous start and accurate tuning.

Screw in Handle

The reel handle is screwed into the drive gear, this minimizes the play and increases reliability.

FL Rotor

Feather Light Rotor. Lightweight carbon-plastic skeleton rotor. Provides less inertia and allows for a smoother reel rotation.

FL2 Rotor

Feather Light Rotor 2 – Lightweight carbon-plastic skeleton 2nd generation rotor has become more compact than the previous one, thus providing reduced inertia, positively affecting the smoothness and softness of the reel's rotation.

Steel bearings

STEEL BEARINGS

Steel Bearings – closed-type bearings made of stainless steel. They have increased resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress, which allows you to use the reel for salt water fishing.

Line technologies

H-Grade PE

Is made of strong four-wire material H-Grade PE, which keeps high endurance both at a tie and at straight-line section.

S-Grade PE

The line is made of highly strong S-Grade PE material with very tight braiding. Due to this, the lines are distinct for their thinness and high sensitivity, keeping durability at the same time.

IZANAS

Is made of high-molecular polyethylen IZANAS, previously known as Dyneema. Due to the improved material, the line guarantees great tensile strength and durability.

Si-coating

The additional silicone covering Si-coating makes the surface maximally smooth, not being prone to water absorbtion and keeping high durability.

Lifetime paiting

There is a modern painting technology Lifetime Painting applied to the line, which allows to keep bright color whithin a long period of time.

MAT

The additional technological process called Molecular Alignment Technology (MAT) increases the amount of polyethylen molecules directed one way, thus increases the base fiber's strength and allows to produce a stronger line without increasing it's cost.
